The KESMA Flame Lily LLC Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services program (ARMHS) serves adults living in Hennepin County who are experiencing serious mental illness that affects their daily functioning.

Conflict resolution therapy, an approach to treatment that seeks to teach people conflict resolution skills, was designed primarily to help couples but can be used to address conflict in any situation, whether it arises in a family, between friends or romantic partners, at the workplace, or in any other situation.

The therapists of KESMA Flame Lily LLC spend the first couple of sessions getting to know the adolescent or adult so that all interventions can be individualized to meet the specific needs of that particular person or family. All interventions begin with the individual strengths of the adolescent, adult or family.

We design interventions that look at both the current challenge an individual may be facing as well as the underlying issues that are probably contributing to these challenges.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for addiction, depression and anxiety to parenting support, family counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

KESMA Flame Lily provides psychological evaluations to assist individuals and families in their immigration process. KESMA Flame Lily has worked with immigrants from a diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
