Hello from E-6 Inshore Fishing Adventures! This is Captain Bill Lipscomb and I am excited to be your guide for your fishing adventure! I'm a 20-year Air Force veteran from West Virginia and have worked in the construction industry since 1987. I have always had a passion for fishing and have been fishing in the Florida Panhandle for 25 years. Give me a call to book an inshore fishing adventure or a private sunset cruise.
