This 64-unit apartment complex is conveniently located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and transportation and provides desirable amenities such as on-site laundry, one-assigned carport parking space, and professionally maintained landscaping. Inside each 600 square-foot apartment, you will find neutral paint colors, carpeted living room and bedroom, vinyl kitchen and bathroom flooring, garbage disposal, an electric stove and energy-efficient appliances, and ample storage space. The landlord pays for hot and cold water, garbage, and sewer. Residents are responsible for PGE and all other utilities. All units are available on a first-come, first-qualified basis. All lease terms are on a month-to-month basis. This property is non-smoking, and we allow one indoor pet cat with an additional security deposit.
