Digital radiography is a safe and effective diagnostic tool and the most common form of radiography used by veterinarians today.

We keep wait times to a minimum. If there is a short wait, have a seat in our comfortable and bright waiting area!

Willowrun's veterinary team is experienced conducting all kinds of surgical procedures. Following some of the most stringent protocols in the industry, our veterinarians routinely conduct spays/neuters, dental surgery, and many other procedures for our patients.

Willowrun Veterinary Hospital is here to treat the dogs, cats, and rabbits of Smithfield, North Carolina, and stands as Johnston County's oldest veterinary hospital. We are also one of the longest-accredited American Animal Hospital Association facilities in the country. Open six days a week, our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, boarding, health and travel certificates, nutrition and weight management, behavioral counseling, allergy and dermatology, euthanasia, acupuncture, herbal medicine, laser therapy, x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, parasite testing and prevention, dental, surgery including laparoscopy surgical procedures, pain management, and more.
